1. JOB DESCRIPTION
– Organize and implement project construction.
– Manage, coordinate, and control all construction activities at the project.
– Be directly responsible to the management board for the quality, progress, and safety during project construction.
– Monitor and promptly handle any problems or incidents occurring at the construction site.
– * Work on projects in: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Vinh Phuc. Willing to travel to other northern provinces as directed by the company.

3. REQUIREMENTS
– Graduated in Civil and Industrial Construction Engineering.
– 3 years of experience in site management and supervision as a Site Manager. Experience with Grade 1 and Grade 2 civil projects.
– Experience in technical aspects, construction organization methods, and on-site technical problem solving.
– A Grade 1 Construction Supervision certificate is an advantage.
– Proficient in using specialized software.
– Ability to work in a team and independently.
